E-mail filter
Organisations connected to SUNET can sign up for the E-mail filter service provided by SUNET.
E-mail filter is an e-mail filtering service provided by SUNET. SUNET E-mail filter enables institutions to have all their e-mail messages checked or filtered for viruses or spam.
The institution´s administrator can adjust the filter properties and the actions by domain or subdomain through a web interface at his or her own discretion. The institution can also give its staff and students the option of setting up individual filter rules, through a separate web interface.
The service uses CanIt-Domain-Pro from Roaring Penguin Software Inc., together with a user interface and federated authentication and authorisation designed by SUNET.
The aim of this service is to detect a minimum of 95% of all spam.
